MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC

By accessing this website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course or program offered by MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC provides:
Educational workshops
Movement-based classes
Continuing education (CE) programs
Online and in-person learning experiences
Retreats
These services are educational in nature only.
Participation does not establish:
A therapist-client relationship
Medical or healthcare services
Clinical treatment of any kind
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless otherwise specified.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
All activity under your account
You agree not to share your account access with others.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments
All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing courses or programs unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Online courses: Non-refundable once accessible due to nature of on-line format. No refunds after 7 days for those with delayed access, due to pre-release courses.
Live trainings: Refunds available up to 7 days before event
No refunds for missed attendance
6. Course Access
Access to online courses is granted for personal, non-transferable use
Access duration may vary by course
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue content
7. Continuing Education (CE) Programs
For courses offering CE credit:
Participants must complete all required components (e.g., videos, quizzes, evaluations)
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion
Participants are responsible for verifying acceptance of CE credits with their licensing board
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC is not responsible for how CE credits are interpreted or applied by individual licensing boards, including but not limited to the National Board for Certified Counselors.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC, including:
Videos
Written materials
Course content
Frameworks and teaching materials
is the property of MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
Share course materials outside your personal use
Record or republish course content without written permission from MAGICK PATH TEACHING
9. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
Not disrupt learning environments
Respect the privacy of others
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate behavior without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income, business, or opportunity
Outcomes resulting from the use or application of course content
For physical participation risks, please refer to the Participant Waiver.
11. Third-Party Platforms
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC uses third-party platforms such as Thinkific to deliver services.
We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party systems.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Novel Path Counseling LLC and Magick Path Teaching resides (Oregon or Alaska), without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
MAGICK PATH TEACHING, DBA OF NOVEL PATH COUNSELING LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
